Today we’d like to share with you our favourit-est Christmas concept. It’s a story about how a cute little Elf stole hearts (and shelves). Intrigued?
Last year, we teamed up with the awesome team at Pura to cook up a holiday treat that would make even Santa smile. Say hello to Poinsettia, our Christmas Elf extraordinaire!
Poinsettia is the sweetest little elf ever, and her idea of a good time is whipping up festive goodies while everyone’s snug in their beds.
We decided to make the holiday season even more magical for Pura’s customers. So, we introduced Poinsettia – a limited-edition Christmas Elf that was as rare as a snowflake in December.
But that’s not all. We had bigger plans for Poinsettia.
Poinsettia wasn’t just a decorative piece; she was a catalyst for user-generated content (UGC) that propelled Pura’s brand into the hearts and feeds of countless consumers. It was marketing alchemy at its finest, transforming a custom elf into a viral sensation.
We kicked things off with a super fun online contest, where people could win one of these little elfin’ wonders. And guess what? They vanished from the virtual shelves faster than a gelato on a hot summer’s day.
We asked winners to share their elf’s culinary escapades on social media using the hashtag #puraelf. The result? A snowstorm of adorable elfin adventures that melted hearts everywhere.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill branded merchandise. Nope! We’re all about turning everyday items into something extraordinary. Poinsettia wasn’t just a trinket; she was a ticket to a winter wonderland of joy.
Our knack for getting creative didn’t stop at elf crafting. We used these charming little elves to sprinkle UGC magic across social media. They weren’t just cute; they were marketing superstars!
And the grand finale? These elfin treasures were so hot that some savvy peeps sold them for five times their original price on online marketplaces. Now that’s what we call elfing brilliant! This isn’t the first time merch has gone crazy on social media and marketplace. We have some serious cred in this department. The NRL Dolphin Fins went bananas on marketplace, gaining notable collector’s item status.
Our collaboration with Bega inspired a Christmas campaign that was more than just branded merchandise.
